Polling 101: What to look for in a poll

Elections are fast approaching, and with that will come an emphasis in the media on polls.

Polls are a useful tool to get a snapshot of the current political climate and how voters feel at a moment in time about a candidate or an issue, but can often be manipulated, misread or just plain misleading.

However, there are also some great polls out there that provide great insight into the mindset of the electorate.

That’s why the Arizona Mirror created this video to help explain the ins and outs of polling so anyone can read them like a pro.
