Secretary of State Katie Hobbs

Katie Hobbs is Arizona's secretary of state, and was elected to statewide office in 2018 after serving in the Arizona House of Representatives and Arizona Senate, where she served as the leader of the Democratic caucus. Secretary Hobbs has a Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. She has been a professional social worker since 1992. Prior to being elected to the legislature, she worked in the areas of domestic violence, behavioral health, and homelessness.
